"So, this was my first pump I've ever purchased. Out of the box, the pump is a good size in your hands and is very comfortable to hold. I say this is intimidating as being a first time user of one of these, I didn't really know what to expect too much (besides the obvious). So when the pump starts pressurizing, it seems to go up very quickly, too quickly in my opinion but for most I'm sure it's ok. As I was using this to assist in stretching, I wanted to go slow and ease into the pressurization which this unit was not able to provide. However, that isn't a knock to this pump at all, just my overall opinion based on what I want the pump for. If you are a first timer like myself, in my opinion, go manual to control pressurization better. Once you've used it a while, then decide if an automatic one is right for you.

Unfortunately, I dropped this pump the first time I tried to use it and I cracked the plastic chamber, preventing it from pressurizing again. This was 100% my fault and cannot blame the company for that. Upon reaching out to this company, I wanted to purchase a new chamber for it as I still wanted to use it to get used to it. They informed me that they did not sell the individual chambers, but they went above and beyond by helping me get a new product at almost no cost. A+ customer service, great product and I would recommend for someone looking for a low cost option for an automatic pump - this is great. The sleeves (comes with two) are a great size for me to get a good seal. 10/10 would recommend."

"The vacuum on this pump is better than any other I have. That it's waterproof and can be used in the shower makes it double effective. I used it for the first time filled with water in the shower about 48 hours ago and my junk hasn't turtled yet, which is what I have a problem with. The turtle effect.
