"So I hit middle age and wanted a little extra stimulation. I got some pills, which did practically nothing. I got the two best-selling male toys here on Amazon, and they did practically nothing for me. At the same time, I started thinking about a pump.

I had a pump when I was much younger, but it was the cheap all-in-one you used to order in the back of the magazines. They still sell plenty of those on Amazon. This time, I decided to do it right--even if it set me back a bit. I got this tube and the Actron CP7830 Hand Vacuum Pump for their sturdy construction, high rating, and great value. I also had to get an adapter so I could use the industrial pump rather than the Size Matters pump.

Anyway, the pump/tube system is awesome! I got it thinking it might increase my size. My member is definitely bigger when it's being pumped, and I believe it has increased the girth just a little after pumping. But to my surprise, the best part is the feeling! It causes an immediate erection, and I just keep pumping until I can't take it anymore. It's kind of painful, it causes some bruising, and I'm not sure if it's causing any permanent growth, but I definitely love the intensity.

Edit: Had to drop it to 3 stars because I've been through 2 tubes, and they last about a month. They crack quickly, as other reviewers have noted, but the real problem is the hose port. They use the same fitting on all the tubes, and they cut female threads into the tip of the tube for the male fitting. So all that pressure (and any movement from pumping) is put on three tiny plastic threads. Of course the threads break in just a few weeks, suction is lost, and the tube is utterly worthless. Size Matters could remedy this by incorporating the port/fitting into the tube. Or they could at least authorize Amazon to accept defective returns. Amazon currently will not accept returns of this product because it is a "personal item."

I'm going to try LeLuv next. They offer a longer tube anyway.

Second Edit: OMG. The second tube only lasted a week. These are crap! I will never buy another Size Matters product!

Third Edit: Wow! The LeLuv tube is infinitely superior in every way. No annoying taper. Very comfortable. Much better construction and durability. LeLuv tube costs like $40, but it is cheaper in the long run because it will outlast TWO of the Size Matters tubes. Now that I've seen what a good tube is, Size Matters is going to one star!"

"There is a technique to using devices like this, and with practice any user will appreciate the gains achieved through prolonged usage. The device does not come with instructions, so the user must be careful not to over use or improperly use this item. the seal around the base is natural and at least for my device, I noticed that the pump must stay attached in order to maintain the suction. Once the desired pump is achieved, the user will need to periodically apply 2-3 pumps at varied intervals. The gauge on the pump is great for this, as it provides a reference for the amount of constant pressure applied.

Many physicians have criticized this type of device (even though it can actually be obtained medically), and most will say that the results are temporary; I can only report my personal results, and I have noticed (especially when flaccid) prolonged growth, and I have also noticed that with each exercise the cylinder fills quicker. Lubricant should be used with the device to avoid chaffing and skin tearing. I use an oil base lubricant which allows for the elasticity of the skin to accommodate the increase in growth. Add a ring to help prolong the flow, and you will be amazed with your results. Each person must figure out their exercise time and regimen, but once you get your technique down, just like going to the gym, this exercise will become second nature.

All of that said, I am happy with my results...And I haven't had a single complaint from my love, who is truly enjoying the "improved me"."

"I am very pleased with this cylinder! The cylinder I ordered through Vacu-tech was a little too big for me, and I didn't have the money to buy a 1/4-inch smaller size (their asking price was about 80 dollars at the time). The price alone is worth it, and it is a very durable product! I have been using it for about 20-40 minutes a day for two weeks with no noticeable durability problems.

I am giving this product a 4-star because the top nozzle does not properly fit with the pump I already have from vacu-tech, and I am not willing to shell out another 20-30 dollars for the size matters pump. The connection difference only causes the vacu-tech to disconnect on its own from time-to-time. Also, the cylinder width narrows, or becomes shorter as you move from the base to the end, and this doesn't work as well; I find that the head of my member presses against the sides of the narrower glass because of this, and circulation is lost a bit."
