"The discription says 1.5 to 3 inch cylinder, mine is 2.5 inch. This might fight tight on a 3 inch cylinder but that's it. This thing is a very loose fit on a 2.5 cylinder. I don't even have to stretch it at all, it just falls onto the end with room to spare. I thought I would have to stretch it at least a little for a tight fit like my old sleeve. It'll hold the sucktion but when your done the cylinder comes right off leaving the sleeve on you. Won't but again."
