Does not hold a charge, difficult to charge, difficult to operate
"The promises for this are great and the delivery is not. It is awkward to manipulate and turn on, let alone change the settings. It does not hold a charge and charging it at all is very tricky as the magnetic charger does not actually hold on to the machine, it simply slips off. This is a waste of money, regardless of what the Wirecutter says about it."
