"Ok, if you looked at my video, many of the positives are evident. As with all of ,UTIMI's products that I have used, their packaging is amazing!! It's almost worth it to buy their stuff just to receive the cool boxes and sleeves ans stuff your toy comes packaged in. The design of the pump has clean sleek lines and a smart shape that makes it much easier to hold with lube on your hands, ahem. . . I'm sure you understand the issue here. Now:

The primary positives:
1. The suction is really intense! With or without the unit powered. Yeah, you heard me right. It is extremely air tight. So, movement of the tube is, well . . . very good. No better than good!
2. The masturbation sleeve that fits into the tube is a big plus. There are negatives associated with this but the positive more that compensates for it. You just have to give it a try.
3. Is the price. Even with the negatives (and there are negatives), the price point is so low that it's worth any perceived risk.

Now the negatives:

1. And I have had this same issue with absolutely every Asian product I have purchased off the net, and I purchase many Asian products off the net. The issue: the directions, and/or the lack thereof. Before I go on (and appear to be of the Dr. Seuss ilk – those in the know understand the Seuss/Asian reference. Everyone else thinks “Horton Hears a Who”) let me give a disclaimer. I have made this critique many times in the past few years and have been asked to edit their instructions and packaging for syntax and grammar. . . and have flaked every single time! So it's not like they aren't trying to get it right, people!! Nonetheless, the instructions on this unit are pretty bad. Hard to read and understand, and the masturbation sleeve (one of the best aspects of this unit) has absolutely no reference in the instructions at all, that I could find! You're like, “Is this a gift, or something? Why is it here?" The buttons are explained in that extremely annoying multi language stack- style where each step has around 4 to 8 languages. So step one has English (always the first language in the list) then around 5 or six linguistic versions following, stacked one atop the other. Then on to step two and so on, and so on. Why not give each language its own section? Much easier to follow.
2. It needs a vibration option!! PLEASE! This pump would be off the chain if it had vibration! If they make one, they better let me know! OK, this is not really so much a negative, as a personal request!

That's it. In conclusion, I would absolutely recommend this to friends, so long as they like strong suction. I would have given it a 3.5, Had I the choice. Mainly because of the poorly written and structured instructions. But given the choice between 3 and 4 stars, there is no way this unit is a 3 star purchase. If you're thinking about a pump, this is one of the best I’ve used, especially given the price. What have you got to lose. Take the leap!"

"Being the sort of weirdo teenager I was, I used quite a bit of cleaned rope around the naughty region (unfortunately not waxed, as I didn't have the money to do heavily obvious work on the rope). Nonetheless, I had enough practice to understand knots and used it for getting blood tightened. One miss did cause some underlying damage which took weeks to heal, but I had enough experience to know the tightness.

Why am I saying this story? Well the problem is that this product copies that with weaker versatility and intensity. When I tried this, despite reviews saying "SUCTION TOO STRONG" like on many reviews I apparently keep seeing for products like these, I felt it was more like a strong tugging sensation. "Strong" doesn't really keep up with the "tight" that the rope was capable of. The cockrings were ineffective honestly and as per usual, the cocksleeve is robbed of integrity due to the air lock (hard to move with it to the point that the lube is unable to be felt).

Maybe I'm just using it wrong or something, but there are no instructions to explain different uses. And, for my purposes, it's basically futile. A literal waste of money when rope is already effective. I would definitely say it's better for those starting out, as they probably will not get used to the stimulus and go flaccid like I did. Spinny products that require a clean shave likely will fit better for pleasuring needs.

And for those curious, no this did not increase the size of my dinger even with frequent use. My rope technique already thickened (not lengthened) my little partner so the device was pretty ineffective overall. In other words, if you've got a tough dick already, don't bother. Otherwise, fine for people new to pressure play."

"My friend below is not the morning friendly "ready" participant it used to be. As a divorced male who is not sexually active, I find this "muscle" shrinking and drawing inward. This can cause panic. I purchased this pump to give "him" some exercise. Here is my verdict: Unlike manual pumps that could not grow my limp member, this vacuum pump used correctly WILL make it grow and enlarge! However, even on the weakest vacuum setting it will turn your friend below INSIDE OUT if you don't have your hand on the release valve. Another words, you must be alert and active with the release valve or ruin your stick. I'm just a 60 year old black man going through some ageing issues. I don't want to permanently ruin myself in the process. Let's go further: The big jelly sleeve is what I used. The smaller rubber sleeves were useless. My friend below is simply to thick once vacuumed "up" for this sleeve. I feel it's being strangled with a harsh hand. I'm not bragging. If your member can vacuum larger than your thumb, you may find the sleeves to restricting. Now for the elephant in the room: Does it feel good? With the jelly sleeve inserted and hitting the release valve constantly to keep my thing from turning inside out... did nothing for me. Without the sleeve the vacuum will just draw in your stick and "onions" for a painful experience. Think about it. If these type of units were so pleasurable, a billion of them would be sold with a waiting list. In all fairness to the manufacturer, the device performs as advertised with the quality that you would expect from this brand name. It's just not for me. I guess I should properly get married again so that my "buddy" does not shrivel up and die. Lol.....if this helps please indicate such!"
