"So far, this thing has been awesome. I have had this for one week and it's a champ. My only concern about these devices is the battery life, which tends to be short. I've been using it almost daily, and I'm careful not to overcharge it, which shortens battery life. This is my initial review, and if any issues arise (haha) like battery or device dying prematurely, I will def be updating it.
I have tried quite a few of these devices in the past, and this is by far the best. Finally, a vibrating device that actually has some power!
The little fob controller is a nice touch, too. See below where I talk about how I use this device. Truly hands free.

To begin with, I do not have ED. What I had was low testosterone, and sex was just not a priority. So for a long time my little buddy did not get any workouts. Now that I have been using it for a week, things have changed. Just this past weekend, I was working outside in my driveway and thoughts of a recent, uh, 'movie', popped into my head. So there I was in workout shorts, no underwear, with wood, and spots appearing on my shorts from prec*m. Maybe it was from all of the new, uh, exercise, maybe not.

One of the things that I didn't like was that there were only 9 vibration modes. However, using the app, you can download modes that other people have created, and create your own. I am not too good with creating my own mode, but other ppl have created some spectacular ones. I don't know how they do it, I wish I could. Just today I finished from somebody else's upload. Another thing that I don't like, and this is not the device's fault... I prec*m like crazy. I have always had issues with lots of pre, but this is maddening. I have to turn off the device, clean off myself and the device, then start back up again.

I see a lot of reviews where people don't seem to be getting the most out of this device, so I am going to share my experience, and hopefully it will take you over the edge like it does to me.
I think a lot of guys do not know that this is not a 'one size fits all', and I don't mean the actual fit/size. I mean, how you wear it. There is quite a learning curve in how to wear it so that it hits you just right. Everybody is different, so you need to play around with it.

Again, this is how I use it, and get the most out of it.
1 No lube. If I wear lube, this thing slides all over the place. It's not extremely tight on me, so with lube, the weight of the battery and the vibrating make this thing swivel to where it just doesn't feel good. See my note above, I prec*um so much, things get slippery naturally, and I have to stop and clean myself up and go back to where I was. Just remember not to try to move it around on your tool without loosening the grip it has on you.
2 Sit comfortably. I sit in my gaming chair, and adjust the back so that I can recline a bit. I spread my legs and put a tshirt between them so that my tool with the device can rest on the tshirt. Well, sort of. It doesn't rest much, as the throbbing makes it jump all over the place. But at least I don't have to hold it in place, freeing my hands to stroke my n1ps. And of course I'm watching p0rn on the PC ;) Plus when I blast, I can just toss the tee shirt in the hamper LOL.
3 Find the sweet spot. Took me a few days to find mine so be patient! I wear it upside down, with the lighted power button on top, at the end of my tool, not at the base of it. I wear it so that the end of it is actually beyond my head, and those fins can vibrate right against my frenulum, you know, that highly sensitive and arousing spot underneath. The placement varies by vibration mode. Some modes, I have it farther over my head, or twisted to the side a little bit. It took a lot of testing different vibration modes and positions.
4 Smaller guys, try a rubber band. I have one of those bags of rubber bands, like 500 or 1000, all different sizes. Sometimes I put this vibrator on, but I have it so far over my head that it's barely on (so that I can get some head action, and guys, you know what I'm talking about), and it will slip off due to the vibration. So I'll take a wide rubber band that is just big enough, not too tight, and use that to secure it in place. If it's too tight, you won't feel any vibration. I am sure that if your tool isn't big enough for this thing to grip it, doing this might help.
5 If you are like me, you can't just put this thing in place and that's it. I'm a, uh, 'grower, not a shower'. Put it on, and if you found your sweet spot, in a minute you will have grown, and need to readjust it.
6 Don't get caught by surprise, haha. A few times, I thought I could 'hold out' for a few more seconds before taking it off so that I could enjoy it later, but nope, crossed the finish line and the race was over.
7 If you successfully connected the app, go into the Community tab and try out some uploads. Better yet, make one of your own that suits you. It's been a week for me, and I am still trying, but I know I'll get it.

"The first thing you notice, is out of the box this thing is hefty.
Not in a bad way, but in a "it's not cheap plastic" kind of way.
See photo next to drink can for size comparison.

The simple instructions walk you through basic turning it on/off.
It gives you a link to the app to download and how to pair it with your device.
However, the instruction booklet that came with device is a little outdated, as some of the modes it describes for the app are no longer in the app, replaced with newer features.

Mine was already fully charged out of the box.

Here is where we run into a small problem.
The charging cable is one of those magnetic connect type, but the problem is if you don't have the device in just the right angle, the cable disconnects very easy, stopping the charge process.
Would have liked to see a more robust way to hard connect the charger to the device.

The second issue, is the app that you pair it with is fine, but it is constantly loosing connection to the device.

It has a sharing feature as well, for those more adventurous people.
Personally, I have no desire to "share" in the experience, so you can use it in "solo" mode.
However, when you do use solo mode, you lose any of the customization options and are stuck using the default modes or any you've already liked and downloaded.

In "online" mode, you can chat with other randoms (which costs coins), or you can make your own patterns or download others.
The software is not the greatest, it does what it sets out to do, but the interface is somewhat confusing and the "coin" model leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Onto the device itself.
Like I said before, it's hefty, but it's also adjustable by stretching to fit to bigger sizes.
When I first saw it, I was like there's no way that's fitting, but it stretched to fit just fine.
The default modes it comes with are suitable to most, but if you have a particular pattern in mind, you''re going to have to spend some time navigating the software.

It's pretty quiet as well. Much softer noise than say a Magic Wand.
Someone in then next room will not hear this, maybe even someone only 5 feet away.

It's waterproof (not submersible) so cleaning should not be an issue, but I personally would try to keep water out of the charging jack area.

As for how well it works, in MY OPINION, it needs more deep rumble and less treble.
It's more akin to a buzz effect than a deep rumble, so depending on your tastes, you'll either like it or not.
For me, it's more like a teasing device than a "lets get the job done device"

For any of it's faults, it's still high quality, does what it advertises, it's defiantly worth the $20.
If you like a buzzy sort of vibration with something you can customize, pick this up and I think you'll be happy with it.
If you're looking for something that does a deeper type vibration, akin to a Magic Wand and don't care about the customization options, then maybe keep looking."
