Works just fine
"Most of the negative reviews for this item are from people who are disappointed this doesn't work with everything, which is an unrealistic expectation.
It works perfectly for me. Just be sure you have an older version of Fleshlight with the narrower frame, or one of Hismith's male products.
However, Hismith should consider making one that fits the newer Fleshlights."
What is it supposed to fit on
