It works as advertised. Almost too good.
"I had never used a penis pump before. (I have ED, and plan to get a penile implant.) The device definitely does work, I will say that. I never went over the 2nd (from lowest) vacuum setting, and mostly stayed on the 1st (lowest). (I can't imagine using the 4th (highest) setting, or even the 3rd one.) I wasn't using the device for sexual intercourse, but for stretching of my tunica albuginea prior to penile implant surgery. (Use of a vacuum device is recommended by some urologists.) For that purpose it definitely does work. But I will be switching to a hand-operated pump in the future, for the following reasons:
1) You don't have a lot of/or any control over how fast the vacuum increases. That is dependent on the electric motor/pump. You have control over the amount of total vacuum, but only what the maximum is for each of the four settings. After the third day of use ( I used it for 15-20 minutes/day) I noticed bruising on my penis. Not painful, but noticeable and concerning. I did some research and found that this is likely due to excessive blood flow into the penis caused by too-rapid vacuum increase. I stopped using the device at this point. I think a hand-operated pump would allow the vacuum to be built up more slowly, and thus minimize the chances of this happening. You definitely will have better control with a manual device, it seems to me. You could use the Vacuum Release Valve feature with this device to repeatedly release the vacuum as it is pumping, but this seems cumbersome to me.
2) The base ring/sleeve is difficult to remove from the penis after the pump has been removed from the ring, and your penis is erect. I had to wait until my penis went nearly flaccid before I could remove the ring. I had used plenty of lubricant as well, on both the ring and penis. This situation really didn't matter so much for my purposes (I wasn't having sex), but I can see this as a problem if sexual intercourse was desired. I was using the medium-size ring of the three provided. I tried the larger ring, but I couldn't get a good seal and the vacuum wouldn't come up.
Overall, it does appear to be a well-made device. It is easy to use and clean. It is easy to charge. The battery capacity is very good. The accompanying instructions are clear and concise (but you will probably need a magnifying glass to read them).
Others may have a better result and find this product fine, but in my case, I will be trying a manual pump in the future."
