"This product arrived on time and neatly packaged. It was wrapped in black plastic within its box.
Upon opening the package everything seemed to be in order, but after trying both the batteries in the clips and the two spares that come with them, I found that only one of the four batteries had a small charge, and thus I could not use both clips.
I have yet to find the proper size replacement, and until that time these are non-functional.
The material they are made of it harder than I expected, and thus the tips are rather uncomfortable. I am fine with that personally, but it's worth noting.
The screw is not particularly useful, as it doesn't adjust tension, but rather distance. But that may be acceptable, depending on the intended use.
In sum- had these functioned out of the box they would have been a nice, cheap toy, but as is they are simply bothersome."
Clamps NEVER shut off, sent in opened package
"I think these are cool looking. I also think the clamp strength is adequate. However, the buttons on BOTH never went on/off or had variable speed. Therefore once the batteries are put in, these clamps don't shut off. Also this package was not sealed in any way, not even with tape. I assume I got someone else's reject. I was going to return these for refund. Amazon is sending me free replacement. . Kudos to Amazon, boos to California Exotics. I HOPE the next pair works."
Not as strong as anticipated
"Would have liked the strength to be a little higher, nevertheless I can still enjoy the vibrations. The adjustments pins are useless - no need to increase the height since they would just not hold in place."
