Good product, especially for the money
"With the adjustable tension and safe rubber grips, these are good for anyone to play with.
Realize that, depending on the size, shape, and firmness of the nipple... without a good amount of tension they may have difficulty staying on. Yes, the very thing that protects the nipple underneath keeps them from getting a good hold on said nipple, though I would think that they could be coated with a protective material that is a little less slippery. But with the right tension and arousal, they should be able to attach to anyone; even moreso if the target nipples are able to withstand a good amount of pressure. Though they can be adjusted to give a light amount of pressure, and then adjusted to give an increasing amount of pressure, they can be hung rather securely on someone who is standing up and moving a bit... even with a bit of extra weight hanging on the nice chain that connects them.
As with most toys, the satisfaction in the end depends on whoever is playing with them. But for this price, it is certainly worth a go. Considering they cost less than half what a pair of tickets to the movies costs, I firmly believe anyone considering buying these should be able to get at least that much enjoyment out of them."

"I have trouble finding clamps that work for me due to my rather large nipples. I've tried 4 other styles, but this product works the best for large nipples in my opinion. Here's why:
Rounded tips. Nips are round. Helllll-oooo, designers! Other clamps have flat tips that open only to a triangle shape. Big nips = total fail. But these clamps' tips are rounded, fitting the female form as they should.
Wider opening. These clamps are about 20% larger than others of this style, with an opening gap similar to clover clamps.
Good padding. Much thicker rubber padding on the tips than typical clamps, means they can be worn for longer before undesired pinching.
Bigger threads. Screw threads are larger than others like this. Why does that matter, you ask? Larger threads mean adjustments tighter or looser are faster than with small threads that require a bunch of revolutions.
Thick chain. During solo play, when there's likely to be thin cords everywhere, the thicker chain on these clamps doesn't knot as easily as smaller chains do. Also, the beaded chain design provides lots of places to hang things.
Bottom line: if you have small nipples, I recommend a standard style clamp. But if you're average or above, give these a try - they're awesome."
will work with puffy nipples
"Contrary to what others have said, this product does work on large puffy nipples (DD breasts of the natural variety). However, it takes some effort and contorting to make it work. Try grasping the aureola and gently twisting the nipple/aureola in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction of your choice. Twisting it compresses the puffiness of the nipple/aureola and will make it easier to get the clamp around it. While still holding it in the twisted position, gently slip the clamp around the aureola. While it's around the aureola but without completely releasing the hold on the clamp, carefully allow the nipple to untwist, and close the clamp.
I had to make sure that the clamp was around the aureola and not the actual tip of the nipple in order for the clamp to stay on (and to make the clamp more comfortable).
It took me awhile to figure out the screw mechanism (i.e. which way was looser and which was tighter). Basically, the farther the tip of the screw (not the knob, but the end facing the other arm of the clamp) is toward the opposite arm of the clamp, the looser the clamp will hold. Essentially, it's the non-head end of the screw that keeps the jaws from clamping shut. If you want it tighter, screw the screw *out* as much as desired.
