"These clamps only really seem to work if they are fully closed, as you can not pull on the chain very much before they pop off making you seem that you are not in control of the situation or the fact that you don't know what you are doing. I have had a hard time fining good nipple clamps for awhile but these work in a pinch, although fully closed they are not for the faint of heart as they pinch very hard. But still a nice thing to add to your collection."

"These do not tighten, they only loosen. The pressure on them is good, though. I placed them so they weren't too painful because I'm nursing and was fine the next day. The chain is a good length but the clamps can come off pretty easily so definitely don't use lube with them.

I recommend these for beginners and people with especially large and sensitive nipples. I'd give them 5 stars but they come off quite easily."

"I LOVE THESE! I really like having my tits in clamps, but these are awesome. You can adjust the bite, which is awesome because sometimes you are more sensitive, or just want a little more pain. This is the first pair I have purchased with a chain. I like the chain, the weight feels amazing when tugged, I just wish the chain was a little longer so I could bite and pull when I am on my back (size 38Ds, so it little too far away from my mouth when on my back). My only complaint is when the nipple is wet they slip off with minimal movement."
