Lube it up and the hand feel silicon material covers your shaft hit the button and it goes up and down there 5 intense levels as it rotates and creates amazing suctions ,it also has 10 deep vibration modes. The toy is actual performing all the movements instead of you .Its quieter than the others and very easy to clean. Being on a budget this was a good affordable well spent treat for my self ."
