"Customer service is excellent. I had some issues with the device loosing one of its modes. They responded to all of my emails well within any 24 hour period. My initial email was very detailed in how the modes progressively went down. It was very clear they took the time to read it fully before replying. They were very apologetic and offered to send me a replacement immediately. This retailer response was one of my better experiences on Amazon. A five star performance, this seller is fully engaged on customer satisfaction. A replacement is now on the way.
The product came in a regular brown Amazon box, the device within that in its own indiscreet black box. In the box there was the device, charging cable, small clicker remote device, nice little cloth bag and a small sachet of water based lube. The vibrator is a soft smooth black silicon as was the remote. Quality seemed impressive. The vibrator was already charged. The device is reasonably large and maybe not for beginners. I found that it sort of worked its way out as it vibrated and rotated, probably just better using it lying down. Best to fully relax for some time before exploring any of the vibration modes. Cleanup is easy just soap and water. All around, other than the issue with loosing some vibration modes, which the seller quickly resolved, it is now just time to get used to it when the replacement arrives."
Very effective at providing the experience expected.
"This reaches just the right spot and with the rotating tip feels like a pleasant massage leading to a release of tension. At first I found it difficult to remove unwanted odors. I soak it briefly in a dilute solution of bleach and it’s perfect. As with any multi-modal toy, experiment to find the rotation and vibration that you like the most. Again, like any anal toy, use a generous amount of water based lube. If you are not careful it may slide out. I found that after insertion I had the best experience sitting on it. The battery lasts a long time on one charge. If used for a prolonged period of time, greater than 10 minutes, it may feel warm. I recommend this toy."
